This resource page contains all of the documents and resources for the 2021 SCSEP Grantee Peer-to-Peer event series.

The purpose of the SCSEP Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Workgroup is to bring together a collaborative workgroup of SCSEP grantees and staff of the Older Workers Unit that collectively will address the challenges grantees are facing that hinder their ability to operate a traditional in-person SCSEP service delivery model. The mission of this P2P Workgroup is to support grantees during the global pandemic and provide a platform for peer sharing of solutions to issues affecting the grantees’ successful training and placement of older workers while protecting their more vulnerable health.

A kickoff session for the P2P series was held on December 8th and the agenda for that event is saved on the left hand side of this page. 

The first P2P Workgroup was held on Wednesday, January 27th, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m EST.  All of the materials from that event can be downloaded from this page as well. 

P2P Session Two was held on Wednesday, February 24th, from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. EST and covered the topic of Skills Training.

P2P Session Three was held on Wednesday, March 24th, from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m EDT and covered the topic of Administrative Requirements

P2P Session Four was held on Wednesday, April 28th, from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m EDT and covered the topic of Performance Measures

Session Five was held on Wednesday, June 2nd, from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m EDT and discussed lessons learned throughout the P2P series

An additional session was held on December 17, 2021 from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m EST and discussed what SCSEP looks like at the current state of the global pandemic and follows up on the previous P2P sessions as a whole

Another session was held on January 21, 2022 from 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. EST and discussed the current performance metrics reported for the SCSEP Grants as well as the top 3-5 things grantees committed to focus on in the new year
