National Employ Older Workers Week (NEOWW) is September 22nd to September 28th and we have amazing posters this year to help promote and celebrate NEOWW.

What better way to initiate this year’s NEOWW and the awareness of older workers than with our traditional annual NEOWW posters. Our posters this year convey a message that older workers are ready and available to meet the needs of employers. Join employers and workers of communities across the nation in celebrating older workers by displaying your new NEOWW poster.

NEOWW is held annually at the last full week of September. Its purpose is to recognize the vital role of older workers in the workforce. NEOWW aims to increase awareness of older workers and develop innovative strategies to tap into solutions. It also showcases the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), which provides on-the-job skills training to individuals 55 or older with limited financial resources.

Help to inspire employers and older workers alike to connect and elevate the workplace with diversity. Let’s showcase through amazing posters just how important older workers’ contributions are to our community and celebrate the benefits they bring to the workforce.
