Attached are the PY 2017 nationwide participant and host agency customer satisfaction survey reports.
Both customer groups give SCSEP high scores on the American Customer Satisfaction Survey (ACSI): 81.7 for participants and 81.2 for host agencies. Response rates for this year were much lower than normal, however: 52.5% for participants and 52.4% for host agencies. Response rates for both surveys were lower among national grantees than among state grantees. This decline in response rates may be due to the survey fatigue that affects all current polling, but it may also have been influenced by the disruption caused by the PY 2016 national grantee competition.
