We have lots of counties with very few approved positions that are in rural areas. Wondering what other programs are doing to manage recruitment of participants and host agencies that makes sense from an efficiency/economy of scale perspective?

National Able Network has to develop new strategies to face the challanges of providing services in rural communities. This includes the use of more technology like Skype, Go-To-Meeting to assist with communication to participants and host agencies. Conducting information and enrollment sessions several times a month in a centrally located county; continuing to use newspaper adds, flyers and tear off sheets in high traffic areas and of course word of mouth. Would love to hear other successful strategies being implementd.
