The Employment and Training Administration’s Workforce GPS System is designed to help the National Office connect grantees and sub-recipients to technical assistance, resources and training materials that improve program design, service delivery, and employment outcomes for SCSEP participants.

This new and improved Older Worker Community of Practice serves as a virtual hub for information related to SCSEP and other older worker issues.

WorkforceGPS expands upon the capabilities of Workforce3One, offering new ways to search, save, share and connect with peers. For example:

  • Search. All content in WorkforceGPS is tagged using a comprehensive taxonomy, which allows you to search for what you need by activity, program, target population, geographic location, industry/sector, or content type.
  • Save. Registering to use WorkforceGPS is not required, but registering allows you to save your favorite resources for easy retrieval on My WorkforceGPS. Additionally, all webinars that you attend are automatically saved to your user profile under My Events.
  • Share. WorkforceGPS makes it easier than ever to share resources. With just the click of a button, you can easily send a favorite resource to a peer via email or share it on social media using the hashtag #FoundItOnWFGPS.

Please stay tuned as we continue to post new resources, including the SCSEP 101, SPARQ 101 and Performance Webcast Series. We’ll also be adding blog posts, which will highlight topics on SCSEP service delivery strategies, grant and financial management and more.

If you have not already done so, please register in order to take full advantage of all the features of the new platform. This will also allow you to participate in open discussions, where you will be encouraged to provide your comments and suggestions on various topics.  Once registered, please join us in our first open discussion where we are asking for your feedback on the new platform and provide suggestions on training and resource requests.
