ETA Publishes Change 1 to TEGL 16-16 One-Stop Operations Guidance for the AJC Network
The language describing infrastructure funding and additional costs that are shared by one-stop partners in the one-stop local delivery system in TEGL 17-16, Infrastructure Funding of the One-Stop Delivery System, and TEGL 16-16, One-Stop Operations Guidance for the American Job Center Network is now fully aligned. SCSEP is a required One-Stop Partner (WIOA Section 121(b)(1)(B)).
ETA's revision of TEGL 16-16, Change 1, published on June 16, 2017, clarifies that MOUs between SCSEP operators and One-Stops cannot consider participants' community service hours as a contribution towards infrastructure costs, but may consider participants' community service hours as an in-kind contribution towards additional costs.
